Our Rental Terms

We keep things simple so you can focus on your event. Here’s everything you need to know before booking:

Booking Your Rental

  • A deposit is required to reserve your date.
  • Your booking is NOT confirmed until the deposit is received.
  • The agreement must be signed at least 3 days before your event to avoid cancellation.

Payments 

  • A deposit is required to reserve your date (not confirmed until received)
  • Partial or full payments can be made before your event
  • Full payment is due at delivery
  • Online payments (3.3% fee)
  • Payments may be made at drop-off or pickup if pre-arranged
  • Please contact us first for any issues (no chargebacks)

Delivery, Setup & Pickup

  • Your rental period starts at delivery and ends at pickup.
  • Please make sure everything is accessible and ready at pickup time.
  • Items should be:
    • Clean (if needed)
    • Folded and stacked neatly
  • If not, extra fees may apply.

Cleaning & Damage Fees

  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition.
  • Excessive dirt/mess: $50 cleaning fee
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged items will be charged at full replacement cost.

Equipment Responsibility

You’re fully responsible for the equipment from delivery to pickup — even if damage wasn’t intentional.


Equipment Rules (Quick Tips)

Chairs

  • No standing
  • 350 lb weight limit

Tables

  • No sitting or standing
  • 800 lb limit

Tents

  • Do NOT move them ($100 fee if moved)
  • No hanging or leaning

Inflatable Safety (Very Important)

  • Adult supervision is required at all times
  • No shoes, food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects
  • No rough play, flips, or climbing
  • Follow all posted limits

Power Requirements

  • Must have a dedicated outlet within 50 ft

Weather Rules

  • Do not use in heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning
  • If the weather becomes unsafe, stop use immediately

If Something Goes Wrong

  • Stop using the equipment immediately
  • Contact us right away so we can fix it
  • If you don’t notify us, refunds or adjustments won’t apply

Refund Policy

  • Must cancel 3 days before your event or by 8:00 PM the day of your event – If booked last minute.
  • No rain checks
  • No refunds for any other reason

Important Restrictions

  • Equipment cannot be moved, relocated, or subleased
  • Must stay at the agreed address
  • Failure to return items may result in:
    • Replacement charges
    • Additional fees
    • Legal action

Safety & Liability

  • You are responsible for supervising all guests and enforcing rules
  • By renting, you accept all normal risks of use
  • We are not responsible for injuries or damages from misuse or unsafe conditions
